This is the only apartment with a 17 m2 balcony built above the path that runs along the beach, offering exceptional views of the waves, the village, the fishermen, the surfers. Very comfortable, decorated and maintained with care for an exceptional stay above the ocean, close to the many cafes and restaurants along the beach and a stone's throw from surf schools, in the heart of this friendly Berber village mixing fishermen, traders, surfers from all over the world... and a few tourists.

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
