Monthly Rentals in Tân Thuận

We had a wonderful month-long stay at this peaceful villa surrounded by nature. The area is incredibly quiet, with beautiful wildlife and greenery all around—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The pool was impressively long, which made it great for swimming. Our host was extremely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even organizing a driver to take us to the supermarket. We also had access to two scooters, which made it easy and fun to explore the local neighborhood and do small shopping trips. Overall, everything was perfect, and we’re already planning to come back in the future!

I loved this place! I booked three nights but ended up staying one week. The owners Anh and Hùng are so friendly and make sure you have an amazing experience based on what you want. As a solo traveler I loved that they involved me in their daily activities such as, going to the local market, watching the sunset at the beach and eating local food together. I've learned so much about Vietnam and the way of living here in the week I stayed here. The bungalow was really cozy and had everything I've wanted. The fisherman's town has a very chill vibe, enough places to eat and drink and very friendly people. There are also multiple activities to do in the area like visiting the island. If you want to stay at a place that feels like home definitely give them a try!

Phuong and her son welcomed us very warmly during a stop on our way to Hanoi. We had booked one night but ended up extending our stay. The room is comfortable, functional, and very clean! The highlight is the lush garden, full of vegetation, perfect for relaxing. Exceptional hosts, always available to help us—thank you!

Huyen's place is located at a new township, so it is very quiet. No problems for us as we had transport in and out. The place was very nice! newly renovated and very clean. There's a swimming pool at the clubhouse too. However, the room with 2 single beds only had blinds (no blackout curtain) and the place lights up around 530am when we were there. Other rooms had blackout curtains which was great!
