Hi guys, my place is strategically located between Georgetown and Batu Ferringi, with Cold Storage Grocery, Coffee Bean and Guardian in the building. KFC, Mamak Store, Kopitiam(Hawker Center), Western Food, Cafe even Tesco, Straits Quay, Precinct 10, Vantage Point is all within walking distance. Bus station is right infront of us too!

“I've been staying for 5D4N at Paul's stay and it was incredibly amazing. They provided different kind of utensils, for those who likes to cook during travel will be enlightened with it. The location is really convenient as nearby the stay is full of restaurants, marts, shopping malls which are easily accessible. The environment is really comfortable, we spent our afternoon at the stay and chilling by the pool too. Lastly, the hosts are really friendly and caring which treating us like friends. The stay is definitely worth the value 💯❤”
