Lovingly furnished 48 m² basement apartment in a fantastically quiet location. Only 1.3 km from the most beautiful old town in Germany (Fokus), which can be reached in 13 minutes on foot. Especially in summer, you can spend relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden.
