Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

he house consist of two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected with the ground floor by wooden stairs. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.

Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
