Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the subway. Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Designed by renowned Danish architect, Bjarke Ingels, you can look forward to a spacious (116 sqm) open apartment, with an abundance of natural light, an impressive view, and where comfort, quality and coziness go hand in hand. An 8 min. taxi from the airport, or 15 min. by train, you'll soon find - and feel - yourselves at home. Scandi minimalism, Danish design with plenty of "hygge".

There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

It is centrally located, close to buses, metro and train that all run directly to Copenhagen and Copenhagen Airport in a short time. There are various shopping options within a 3-10 min walk. Otherwise, the Fields shopping centre, which has restaurants, shops, cinema, etc., is only 20 minutes away on foot. Royal Arena is also a short walk away. The bus also runs to both of these places.
