Cottage vacation rentals in Tarpon Springs

I’ve found my new favorite staycation spot and where I will enthusiastically recommend to friends and family visiting the area. The space was thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable. I will miss my morning coffee on the patio amongst all the plants and birds, my daily work sessions in the small quiet office, and the evening dips in the hot tub. Thanks for your thoughtfulness in creating this space!

This was our second stay at Clearwater Cottages and it was just as great as the first. We love the old Florida charm and it is in a great location that is walkable to the best restaurants. Also walkable to many bars and shopping. The free parking is nice too. As he mentions in the listing, the building is older and has some quirks, but the cottage is adorable and you really are steps from the beach. We also love that we can bring our dogs and the location is near the dog friendly part of the beach. It was a great stay!

This place is amazing, hand down. My girlfriend and I visited for our 4 years and it felt right at home as soon as we got on the property. Everything you need is in the Airbnb and one of the best parts, in my opinion, was the awesome grill setup outside. Being able to cook food while watching the animals roam was very relaxing. And if you want more relaxing, they also have a more private hot tub which was incredible. Will definitely be coming back any chance we can get and we suggest you do the same!

My friend and I recently stayed at Laura‘s place with our four kids under four years old. The house was not only super cute and clean, but also very comfortable, accommodating and kid friendly. Laura even made sure we had enough cribs/ floor beds to accommodate our specific sleeping needs for our young kiddos. Despite the chaos of juggling 4 kids, we felt right at home and welcomed by Laura. It was so nice to have plenty to “do” at the house when we chose to stay in and were within 15 minutes to beaches and shops on days we chose to venture out. Indian rocks beach was our favorite (less crowded than Clearwater - although parking took a little time to find mid day) and we had a blast at ZooTampa (~40 min away). We also walked around shops and ate lunch at Pelican Walk Plaza which was a fun change of pace. Ice cream and Walmart (and other grocery/ stores) were 2-5 minutes from the house which was super convenient as well. We highly recommend the house/ property, location and hostess!

Anna was extremely helpful and accommodating for our last-minute trip with the kids. Her place was super cute and very clean and well kept and we would be happy to recommend it to friends and family or return ourselves. Thank you so much, Anna!

Ame is a wonderful host! This is the cutest little house, stocked with everything you might need for a stay in sunny Florida! Clean as a whistle, too. Location was perfect, groceries, the beach, pizza and shopping all close by.

We had an amazing stay! This place is so cute & a 1 minute walk to the beach. They provided everything we needed for our beach days & it was easy to access from the storage room. Everything was clean & exactly as described. The hosts were extremely responsive within minutes anytime I had a question. They also let us check in early which was super helpful! The area itself is super cute. We were able to walk everywhere we needed or take the trolley for only $2 a person. My husband and I had our 5 year old daughter with us and this place had plenty of space for the 3 of us. I would definitely stay here again!

The cottage is cozy and great for a single person or a couple. My fiancé and I were quite comfortable. A nice bonus was the fenced and private back patio. I was able to take work calls and do a load of laundry - handy! Though this cottage is located toward the back, behind the main house, it felt very private and quiet. There was a couple staying in the main house and other than saying our friendly hellos, we had our space and they had theirs. The surrounding neighborhood is a true gem. The Riverwalk can be seen from the driveway and it’s just a short walk away. The bay and view of downtown are lovely, and the homes along the way are so gorgeous. Felt very safe; a nice way to get your steps in. There are small centers nearby and though we didn’t have as much time to explore since we were both working, we hit upon an awesome Thai restaurant just a 3 min walk away that was surrounded by a number of other places that looked promising as well. A lovely part of town overall!

We really liked Bob’s place. So much we tried to book it for Christmas but it was already booked. We didn’t do any cooking as we were visiting with our boys and their family. Our pup loved exploring the backyard. Thank you again Bob for sharing your home.

We LOVED staying at Christopher’s. The apartment was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is adorable and so close to downtown. Christopher was an absolute gem of a host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. So grateful! Would return.

Ahmed and Elizabeth’s place was the perfect get away for our family ! Traveling with an infant isn’t always easy and they made sure there was a pack-n-play and high chair at the property upon our arrival. The property is absolutely stunning! The back yard is a little slice of heaven, we never wanted to get out of the pool. The house is a quick walk to the beach which made it so easy for beach days especially with our little one ! I would definitely recommend for anyone’s staying in Indian Rocks Beach!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean and exactly as listed, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was kayaking with the manatees; we even saw baby manatees and lots of other wildlife. The location felt private yet was conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, which was perfect. Check-in was a breeze, and we enjoyed easy day trips to Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island for shelling, Dunedin and Tampa. Weeki wachee state park was just down the street and a fun visit. This place is great for families with young kids, as we appreciated the security measures in place to keep the little ones safe. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Whenever I visit Gulfport, Uncle Finley’s is the first place I check for availability. The house is well situated with all the right touches to make you feel at home. There have been some recent improvements to the inside and outside of the home that add even more value to the stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jen & Jason's place in Dunedin! The place was spotless, accommodating and had all the conveniences you would want in an AirBnb. It was not lacking for anything, and we felt very relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. Aside from the accommodations themselves, this place is perfectly located within walking distance of everything the town has to offer. We had fancy dinner, al fresco breakfast, tiki bar, breweries, live music, bike rides, art galleries and a beautiful sunset at the marina. What more can you ask for? Dunedin is a fun town and this is the perfect place to stay... we felt right at home and would not hesitate to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Indian Shores Beach Cottage! Property was exactly as the photos describe, easy check-in, cute minimal decor which is always helpful traveling with children (less to babyproof), host was friendly and responsive, and best of all.. Location is just one block walk to the beach! A quiet, relaxing, tropical stay for our annual FL getaway! :)

Everything was LOVELY! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, much appreciated! The home was super clean and peaceful. The pool was warm and clean ... the shower outside was amazing! Our stay was truly amazing and peaceful ... a home away from home.

Citrus Cottage 2 was the perfect size for my wife and I. The location can't be beat. Dunedin is a walkable town, and the cottage was right in the center of everything. We were a 5-minute walk to numerous restaurants and breweries and to the Pinellas Trail. Michael provided a clean and comfortable home for us to relax in. The shower was amazing and felt so good after a 13+ mile bike ride. We have been to Dunedin several times and this was, by far, the best place we've stayed in. We highly recommend Citrus Cottage 2, and we will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Dunedin!

I had a wonderful weekend. The place was just what I needed—nice, cozy, and peaceful. It’s a charming two-bedroom spot with a relaxed vibe. The waterfront view made mornings and evenings especially beautiful, and the location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local spots, but still quiet and private. I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Sarah has a cute small house in a more natural setting. She's taken care with design. Lots of nice outdoor areas to lounge. Place was very clean. Wasn't a major issue for me, but something people might want to know- the property is near a CSX freight railroad line- you will hear freight train whistles throughout the night. Also, the main mattress is a spring type that whenever you move you hear a symphony of spring noises. I was able to sleep well and enjoyed my stay, but thought others may want to know the above. I'd stay with Sarah again.

This place truly feels like a hidden gem! You walk outside to the best view of the sand and ocean. The sunsets you see every night are unbelievable! There’s a shed with all kinds of kids toys, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys! The bed was so comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! We were sad to leave and will definitely be back! Cannot recommend this amazing place enough!

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy place! It was clean with lots of storage space. The kitchen had a good supply of dishes and other cooking essentials. Loved the screened in porch!
