The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Located in an old residential neighborhood - 3 rooms on 52 square meters: open living room /kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom . Full renovation of the building was completed in May2021. The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

Recommend it for families - there's a playground right behind the house. There are 2 bedrooms that accommodate 4 and a couch.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The loft is a 2-minute walk from the town hall, botanical garden, river, university and cathedral hill. In the house there is a gym, large roof terrace and laundry room for use free of charge. For an additional fee, a private cinema and party/seminar room can be rented.

Newly renovated and furnished apartment located in a calm area near the city centre, Emajõgi and the Old Town. The kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom have necessary essentials: bed linen, towels, tissue paper, dishes, coffee machine, cutlery, laundry and dishwashing supplies etc. Parking is free and direct.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
