Footpath to UFZ - Modern, quiet and cozy

My pretty apartment is suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. It is located about 3 km from the city center, in a quiet location. Within walking distance, 1 km away, are the UFZ and the KUBUS. In the immediate vicinity are EDEKA, bakery, pharmacy and others for daily needs. The center can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. Smoking is also not allowed.

Apartment at the Old Post Office

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The apartment on the 3rd floor is about 35 m². The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. In the kitchen you will find a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and pots. The price includes the linens and towels. Coffee and various teas are available. If you like to cook, you will also find salt, pepper and rapeseed oil.

In the heart of the city

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located little place. :) Next to the bathroom there is a kitchenette with a sink, a large fridge, induction hob, air fryer (no oven). In the room next to the bed there is a fold-out sofa so that one more person can sleep. I speak German, Polish. There was no reception/I work (not always available). Let me know when you want to arrive/leave (later guests ask for it).

This flat has everything a single person needs for a few cosy days and nights (or even longer). The main room has a 1.40 m wide bed, a wardrobe, a fully equipped modern kitchenette, seating and a smart TV including Netflix. The small bathroom has an almost ground-level shower as well as WC and washbasin. Washing machine can be used in the basement after consultation. Free high-speed WLAN available.
