Newly built with wonderful outdoor spaces and off street parking. Fully fenced so can bring along a fur baby. A fabulous local bar and restaurant, hairdresser and takeaway shop within walking distance as is the lake. Peaceful area with glimpses of the mountains and lake. A 5 minute drive from the town centre. Easy access to all the highways from its central location. Additional guests have access to a roll out sofa bed.

Two bedroom stand alone town house with separate kitchen and dining/lounge. Clean and homely accommodation. Private fully fenced section with carport. Great location - 500m walk to town/shops, 300m stroll to the beach, 2 minute stroll to the Four Square, butcher, cafe, restaurant, and takeaways. Free off-street parking. Sorry there is no wifi or broadband available. 5G tower nearby.

Wharewaka House and garden with lakeview

Relaxing retreat in a very quiet peaceful street only a very short walk to the lake. (Close enough to carrya canoe). This home has two separate outdoor seating areas. One is a private courtyard downstairs , the other a covered balcony upstairs with barbecue. There are two separate lounges one upstairs, one downstairs, both with own TV. Excellent lake view of 180 degrees .
