Stay in our sunny beautifully renovated 108 year old barn loft apartment. This space offers a perfect blend of history & modernity. The master bedroom features a comfy orthopaedic bed, while the spacious lounge features a sofa bed & heatpump. The Barnloft has a seperate bathroom and kitchenette . We have a tram, 2 x cats, 1 dog & hens. Wake up to the sound of birdsong. We are close to supermarket, parks and takeaways only 7 min of Tauranga CBD & handy to all express ways, 15 min to the Mount ❤️.

Enjoy easy access to the city centre, hospital, supermarket, buses and beaches. This Entire quest suite features a private entrance with no shared spaces and off street parking. The space is downstairs from the main house where the 2 owners live. There is an ensuite and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and dining table. There is tea and coffee facilities. There are two separate rooms both with queen beds. One room has the toilet and kitchenette in it.

Studio room (queen bed), bathroom, kitchen and separate entry. Two night minimum. Microwave and single induction element for cooking. We live in the rest of the house. Please check the photos to ensure that this suits. A 2 min walk to the surf beach and Tay St cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 15 min walk to Downtown Mt shopping. Stroll the beach, climb the Mt, enjoy Pilot Bay.
