The self contained, newly renovated, entirely separate guest suite available is in the downstairs of our home with one bedroom, expansive living room with comfy sofa, and private bathroom. Safe and secure, it is bathed in late morning and afternoon sun. Beautiful Mount beach is just 4 mins away. It’s a five min walk to New World, Central Parade shops, 10 min toTay Street Cafe, Bay Oval and Blake Park.

Our place is a self contained studio unit with queen & single bed (plus mattress). We are minutes walk to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach, and close to public transport, shops, park and supermarket. Own bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet. You also have your own kitchen space, and in summer months take a dip in our pool. Note: Beds and living space is in the same room. There is a separate kitchen and little nook with small table. You are welcome to bring own portacot.

Situated in the sunshine paradise of Central Papamoa, it is close to Papamoa Beach, Mt Maunganui, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Papamoa Plaza, Baypark Stadium and Motorway. It has its own entrance and shares two outdoor shaded areas and pool. The pool is for paying guests only. Local eateries such as Pearl Kitchen, Good Home, BlueBiYou and Fresh Choice are close by.

Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.
