This place is recommended. It is a quite comfortable room. Fully equipped with all amenities, hair dryer, washing machine, heater, microwave. Please drag your bags in. The view from the bedroom is very beautiful. The view of the snowy mountains. The wifi is fast for working. There is a supermarket below the building. Super responsive. Easy to get to the city. Not far from the city. Peaceful. The owner of the room is kind and easy to talk to. Recommended.

The host information is very responsive and quick to solve the problem, I am a warm and handsome kid, the apartment is very light, the world is open, and the other residents of the entire building are also very friendly, it was a good stay.

Great apartment. Stayed there for a month, and had no any issues the whole time. It's close to the street, yet silent. When arrived found some welcome chocolates,. If you need something, Lasha is just a message away. The kitchen has everything you need. Great stay in overall. Recommended.

I stayed here for about a week – cooked, worked, and rested. The location is convenient: grocery stores, the city center, and restaurants are within walking distance. Taxis arrive quickly, and food delivery works well. Overall, I liked everything, but a few things could make the stay even more comfortable: sharper knives, removing cookware that isn’t compatible with the induction stove (as it can be confusing), a shower curtain or bath mat, and more ambient lighting for the evenings. That said, the place is cozy and convenient, so I’d still recommend it! 😊

The appartment is so nice and clean, the owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. If there’s a chance to go back again in Georgia definitely we will stay again in this appartment.

Great place, nice views, easy communication

To begin with, the location is chic: a cozy courtyard with small cafes and a voice playing the piano. From the veranda, direct view of the Mtatsminda tower. The apartment is cozy, clean and tidy. All the little things are taken into account. In general, we spent two wonderful days. And we'll come back more than once. We recommend you too!

There were problems regarding water supply, but it was only because of a pipe failure in this region. We would definitely stay longer if not that problem. Apartment was very bright, comfortable and clean. Also good for families with kids. I hope we will come back ☺️

It was very pleasant to be in such an interestingly designed apartment with an abundance of wood, paintings and authentic things. I had a great time in such a cozy and aesthetically pleasing place. The communication with Dimitri was excellent. I will miss this house. 🤗

I really enjoyed my stay at Ruth's apartment. It was very spacious and cozy. I especially appreciated that the bathtub was perfectly clean and in good working order. The instructions were clear, and the host was proactive and polite. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Tbilisi! 😊

First of all, Zarina is super friendly and responsive! I had the great experience staying at Zarina’s apartment. The apartment itself is tastefully renovated. There’s everything you need. Full kitchen with all needed amenities, great bathroom and great bedroom. Private yard makes the apartment even more cozy and peaceful. The location is excellent as well. 24/7 supermarkets are just less than 5 minutes by feet. Great bars, cafes and restaurants are just 5 to 10 minutes walking distance as well. Overall great experience!!! And thanks to Zarina one more time!

Nice big apartment in lovely neighbourhood, although the building was not the best. The only issue was that the heating was not effective enough.

Tea was very responsive for all our needs. We stayed at Tea’s before and we will definitely come back.

Perfect location for a weeklong stay as a family of 3 during our travels to Georgia. The space is comfortable, roomy, and functional with a kitchen, washer, and balcony. The location in Saburtalo is conveniently on all major transit lines. Vazha Pshavela can be noisy at night, but the apartment helpfully faces away from the street.

a kindly host and absolutely responsible. we had late check-in and late check-out but the host understood our situation. I wish they have the best for this career
