I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

House is just a gem! Location was perfect for us, but also a quick ride into downtown. The house and grounds are all incredible. We were there in the winter and it was lovely, but it must be incredible over the summer. Tamara was a very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

We would like to recommend the place... in Tbilisi. The house is really beautiful and well-kept, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, the yard is green full of trees and flowers and the pool is clean and refreshing!!! Near the pool, there is a wooden swing and chairs for maximum comfort. ...greeted us and offered to help with whatever was needed. He was kind and cordial. Near the house, there is a center of shops and markets for shopping. Due to an unexpected medical hospitalization for the baby girl in the hospital, we had to leave earlier than expected, and...he was patient and accepted the event with understanding and concern for the baby girl. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend coming and enjoying it.

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, в квартире хороший интернет и удобный стол для работы. Удобно было гулять по центру города, все близко, местоположение отличное. Рекомендую к бронированию!

Нам понравилась эта квартира, прекрасный сад , прям в центре города, все чисто и красиво. Отзывчивые хозяева, когда нам стало холодно, они включили отопление, стало тепло.

W mieszkaniu było kilka nieudogodnień ale za to kontakt i komunikacja z właścicielką mieszkania był bardziej niż doskonały. Kobieta jest bardzo serdeczną i pomocna. Mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić pobyt w jej domu.

I had a fantastic stay at Archil’s apartment in Tbilisi! Located in the lovely Vake neighborhood—one of the best areas in the city—the flat is spacious, safe, and full of charm. The high ceilings and large bed made it especially comfortable, and it had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and great water pressure in the shower. The location is unbeatable—central yet peaceful, with plenty of amazing cafes, bakeries, bars, supermarkets, and beautiful parks just steps away. Archil is a wonderful host—responsive, kind, and made everything very easy. This place is truly a gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a hot khachapuri until our check out, Ani was an amazing host, texting back right away and being very accommodating. The apartment is something out of this world, it feels like you are in a palace. The floors, the furniture, the views are quite impressive. Best place to stay in Tbilisi for sure.

Ruska’s apartment is as described. It is close to universities and hospitals. There is a car service shop underneath and you can hear some noise during the day but it is not overwhelming and at night it is quiet, I did not find it a problem. It is a basic, clean apartment and has what you need for a basic stay. Ruska is very responsive to messages and very helpful. I would stay there again.

Были небольшие проблемы при заселении и с отоплением. Владелец поселил нас в другую квартиру, которая была намного лучше. Поэтому могу рекомендовать этих владельцев. Проблемы решаются. Квартиры были чистые и уютные. Я бы приехал сюда снова

Everything was exactly the way it should be. Perfect apartment for short term stay in Tbilisi. Located in the very city center and metro station is not far away, so you can easily reach all city landmarks. As for apartment itself, it is a small and cozy place that covers all your needs. But it can be a bit cold in here if it is cold outside (for that case there is a heater in the apartment). Host is a responsive and helpful person, who is nice to deal with.

Fantastic 2 week stay. The apartment was large enough for the whole family and had everything we needed. Zarina was always helpful and quick to reply. Check in and out was smooth and we’d be happy to stay here again.

A small but quaint little getaway. Comfortable and clean and easy walk to the village sites.

Wonderful place! The cabin is incredibly cozy and full of soul — everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay and even more. It was warm and peaceful, and the panoramic view of the lake is breathtaking. There’s even a projector, so we enjoyed watching movies in the evenings — such a nice touch! We were picked up in Sioni and brought to the cabin by jeep, and the same on the way back — very helpful. Since there are no shops nearby, I’d recommend bringing enough food in advance. This place gave me a kind of rest I haven’t experienced anywhere else — truly relaxing for both body and soul. I definitely will come back ❤️

Мы снимали этот дом, чтобы отметить день рождения с компанией друзей. Это прекрасное тихое место с очень красивой природой, в доме тепло и чисто, есть все необходимое для праздника и более долгого пребывания. Хозяева были отзывчивы и готовы быстро решить все возникшие вопросы.

Всё прошло великолепно. Отличное место в зоне доставок и в доступности такси. Хорошо видно горы. Есть все удобства. Комфортный дом и тёплый джакузи на улице. А самое главное — потрясающие коты. Однозначно рекомендую!

The truly lovely place with a magnificent view and in proximity to Tbilisi. Although not recently renovated, it remains a pleasant house. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as a leak in the shower and somewhat steep stairs (I bumped my head a couple of times while descending at night, so please exercise caution). Maia is an exceptional host and was incredibly accommodating.

The location is magical, peaceful, and surrounded by nature — and all of this just 45 minutes from the center of Tbilisi. We truly felt like we were in a fairytale. The hosts were wonderful — always in touch, super helpful, and easy to communicate with. Everything felt smooth and so welcoming. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return! Thank you🥰
