Accommodates 7 guests over 4 rooms and 1 bathroom. Option to add master suite and ensuite $200 extra per night to accommodate 9 . NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES. Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Opal Hot Springs is a 5-minute drive and the best way to relax and unwind. Matamata is a 12-minute drive with excellent food options and various tour bus options out to the Hobbiton movie set.
