Vacation rentals with a firepit in Tehama County

I’m reluctant to leave a review regarding this hidden gem because sometimes I can be selfish; however, since I am unable to perma-vacation, I guess I’ll let you in on this secret too. First of all, the Host is absolutely incredible.! Instructions to get in were clear. She always responded to my messages promptly and is so kind every time. She also is very laid back and has a phenomenal sense of humor. The room was exceptionally clean. Smelled great. No dust. Basic provisions provided. Super cute and spacious. The property is beyond beautiful! So quiet and peaceful. The sunsets are amazing and the stars are like no other. (Slept cozily through sunrise) I had the property to myself for the week and was able to work on my personal healing as well as training for my two pups without having to worry about annoying someone with repetitive commands. The puppies loved the property so much, they demanded I extend my stay. Other rooms here look great as well so I will be checking those out.

We had an amazing stay. Exactly what we needed for our group. Tiffany is very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful, peaceful spot. I definitely recommend this property for family gatherings. It was perfect.

Rustic cabin in the woods which is less than 25 minutes to Lassen. Very quiet and cozy in the winter. Small but functional kitchen, great firm bed and clean.

Kelsey and family have made the most beautiful home anyone could ask for. We were two adults and two kids, and there was more than enough room. Everything you could ever ask for on vacation. My son found his favorite Dogman comics in their expansive library, which contains a plethora of gorgeous books for all ages and interests, as well as an eclectic range of albums to listen to. My 73 year old mother became a pacman addict in the game room. I went on nature walks/exploration with my kids. And at the end of the day, we all enjoyed the hot tub. The bullfrogs sang loudly at night, and each morning, my kids tried to find them to no avail. It is a magical and peaceful retreat from the toils of city living. My kids are already talking about coming back in summertime to swim in the pool! <3 Thank you, Kelsey!

Great place in a beautiful area. Drew was a very responsive host and helped us out to get to the location. It wasn’t the easiest place to get to as google maps has you trying to take off roads but if you take the main road it’s a breeze.

Very nice cabin located in a campsite in the forest. Short drive to Lassen NP entrance. Mill creek runs below (5min walk). Beautiful surroundings. Cabin is well equipped, we had a great time!

Gorgeous spot, a real treasure. The bed was surprisingly very comfy, overall the cabin a bit funky and rustic but that’s kinda the vibe and we loved every moment.

Great place to stay, very cool cabin close to the National park. Only issue we ran in to was the water pressure in the showers being so low we couldn’t shower. Other than that, everything was great!
