Climate-friendly wooden house by the sea in Listed, Svaneke

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. Bed linens, towels, etc. are not included in the stay, but can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

On the border of Blykobbe plantation, 700 m from the beach and with open spaces in the backyard, lies this tiny house, which with its location gives you the opportunity for wonderful nature experiences, great hikes, running and mountain biking routes, and a good starting point for all the fantastic experiences that Bornholm has to offer. The house is small and rustic. Simply decorated and has all the basics for a good holiday. It is 5 km to Rønne and 4 km to Hasle, with bus connections nearby and free parking.

Villa Sofie, Lillehus (Carl)

Villa Sofie is located on Nordbornholm in the cozy fishing village of Tejn. At Tejn harbor, there is a small beach and a wilderness bath/sauna that you can rent. From Sofie you can take lovely walks along the rocky coast both one way towards Allinge-Sandvig (4 km) and the other way towards Helligdomsklipperne (5 km). Here in LilleHus (27 m2) there are two beds, a bathroom and a small kitchen with air fryer, hob/microwave. TIP: Villa Sofie also consists of StoreHus with room for 2-4. Find them together as well.

Rural charm close to the city and beach

I 2024 købte vi “Stavelund”. Her findes et hovedhus, og i forlængelse af det en 67 m2 stor ferielejlighed. Ferielejligheden er oprindeligt en gammel stald, men er for mange år siden lavet om til beboelse med rummeligt køkken, stor stue og soveværelse. Fra stuens træterrasse har man udsigt til have og mark, mens man fra køkkenet (indgang) har udsigt til vores fem høns. Lejligheden er nymalet i 2025, men har stadig ældre gulvtæppe. Hos os får du landlivet - men er stadig tæt på by og strand :-)

Modern summerhouse with a view

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Frederik the V's Stenbrudsgaard, Master Smith's Residence

The blacksmith's residence is 125 sqm. and contains an entrance, living room with 2 beds, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a newer carpenter's kitchen as well as a renovated bathroom and toilet. The home has high ceilings and beautiful beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and in continuation of this is the park. The living rooms have lake and sea views and in front of access to a beautiful flower garden.

Stenhuggeren have - glamping (havecamping) I hjertet af Bornholm, i en stort og ugeneret have med blik på solnedgangen over markerne op mod Almindingen - hvor Nydamsåen smøger sig igennem haven, der er anlagt i cottagestil, findes der to telte (5 m i diameter), der er indrettet hyggeligt og opredt med dobbeltseng eller to enkelte senge. Der er adgang til fælles toilet og bad samt veludstyret  køkken med gaskomfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine og to hylder i køleskabet /skuffe i fryseren.

Historisk og charmerende sommerhus i Tejn - kun 2 kilometer fra Allinge - og et stenkast fra vandet. I det skønne "Gule Hus" finder I et moderniseret sommerhus med charme, pejs, åbent køkken, orangeri, grill, terrasse, karnap med udsigt over vandet og kun 400 meter til en badestrand. Huset er udstyret med en terrasse, hvor man kan sidde og nyde sin kaffe eller mad i solen. Der er to værelser med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, samt cykler til fri afbenyttelse.

Annex 2 minutes from the beach

Skøn sommerhusstemning i en gammel smedje. Hyggeligt indrettet gammelt anneks til vores hus, kun to minutter fra stranden og havnen. Et eller to værelser + køkken/stue samt badeværelse. Der er sengepladser til 4, det er dog muligt at rede op til 6. I deler have med os - det er muligt at grille efter aftale. I haven har den anerkendte kunster Frederik Næblerød udført et vægmaleri. Køkkenet er simpelt, men der er kogeplade/emhætte/køleskab og espressomaskine.
