“Gracious historic home with turn of the century charm and lovingly maintained by family members. Spacious and tastefully decorated. All the seasonal decorations, including a Xmas tree, were an unexpected treat! Perfect calm oasis after the hub bub of our holiday get togethers with family in the area. Jon and Mary were attentive hosts during our week long stay. We hope to be back!”

“We were amazed by the outstanding hospitality of our hosts. We sat in their kitchen and listened to stories of their global travels, sharing some of our own, as well. It was like visiting with favorite relatives you dont get to see very often. Susan and Jim were very kind and made us a wonderful breakfast of fresh asparagus, bacon, and eggs in the morning. Everything was clean and prepared for us, with towels laid out in the bathroom and fresh sheets on the bed. Had it not been for a rainstorm in the evening, we would have enjoyed the sunset from their colorful patio. The silence of the country was just what we needed after a long day in Omaha.”

“Adam was an excellent host. The house was super clean and everything you need was there. Initially there was a problem with the internet but Adam did everything possible to get it working again. Communication with the host was also excellent. The only thing which I didn’t like was the railroad which is driving every 1-2 hours through town. Thank you for the stay”
