Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

Had a good time at this place. It is a studio apartment with a terrace. The TV and 5.1 was of great quality. If you're looking for a movie night, this is a great place with all the amenities. Ruhina was a great host. She is very responsive and guided us throughout for a hassle free check-in

It was a great stay and we really enjoyed it there. The Host was very responsive and the caretaker also very helpful. All the things were same as it is mentioned in the photos. but the road(path) to get to this location was a bit difficult because of it's ups and downs of it's mountain terrains. We usually took a walk everytime to come to the main road as we all were students at that time. It was really great!!

We stayed at Pallavi’s place for two nights while visiting with my parents, and we had a wonderful experience. Pallavi was in touch with my mom prior to our arrival, since I had mentioned they would be reaching early while I’d still be in-flight. She was incredibly proactive and took great care of our family throughout the stay. The house looks exactly like the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Pallavi was always responsive to any questions or needs we had, and even took the time to personally visit and check in on us, which we really appreciated. I was working from home during the stay, and the internet speed was excellent—no issues at all with connectivity. The location is also a big plus: it’s in a prime area surrounded by PGs, offices, and is very accessible to the US visa stamping and Dropbox locations. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-managed home in the area!

Omar is extremely responsive, he communicated well and provided clear instructions(location, check in etc). The property is very easy to locate, it is on a wide road in a good locality. Regarding the interiors, it is exactly how it looks in the photos. There is a lot of open space in the penthouse along with 3 bedrooms with washrooms attached in all three. There is a big smart TV in the drawing room with all the apps already installed. I would highly recommend this property to everyone, no complaints at all.

we had a great stay here , the people were friendly and responsive and were very accommodating. The place was great with lots of various options to keep you happy , the balcony and the table tennis table was pretty good and the playstation was wel maintained, just like the entire place . Me along with a group of 13 people (5 families) visited Nithins luxurious duplex flat M72. We are a fan of the place now. I dont remember how many times everyone mentioned they loved the place and how its maintained. Kids were even having the same opinion. We love the amenities available and the convinience we got from that. It was like a family feeling. We needed a place to put luggages after our chrckout time and he was happy to lend his own workspace for us. Very generous of him and Asha. Next time in Hyderabad we would defenitely stay here only. I would definitely recommend anyone wishing to stay here. Love from Kerala❤️ Until we meet again.
