Villa vacation rentals in Telfs

Belvilla is in a fabulous location with breathtaking views. Belvilla's host is helpful, kind and proactive. Belvilla is a very well maintained, well stocked apartment which comfortably houses 10 of us (6 adults, 4 tween/teens). Bellvilla is in easy walking distance of a free bus service which runs from Ötztal train station to the end of the valley. There are not many amenities in the Habichen, however it is a short walk or a two minute bus hourney to Ötz where there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. This is a perfect base for an active, outdoors holiday. We went hiking, skiing and cannyoning during our stay. The ski lift is one bus stop away and there are well marked hiking paths that start in the village. Three generations of our family had a great time here and wished our stay was longer.

Had a wonderful stay at the holiday house in Reith im Alpbachtal. The house is fully equipped, spotless clean on arrival, very welcoming. We visited at Christmas so had to do grocery shopping for the holidays. The concierge and family made it easy to drop off the luggage and groceries early, that was so nice! The surroundings looked like something out of a fairytale. Would love to visit again soon!

everything was great! However, we already paid directly at the time of booking without being able to confirm it and a free cancellation was no longer possible. You could have announced this beforehand. The furniture is a little old and shower gel was also not there. The kitchen is well equipped for this. the surroundings are beautiful and very quiet and we felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The villagers were also very warm.

The place was great overall – everything was clean and as described. Communication with the host was also great. Only note: It would be wise to document any damage in the apartment directly to avoid misunderstanding. Overall a recommended place to stay!

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area in Austria with lots of opportunity for Outdoor activities in an incredible landscape. Bruno & Sabine were excellent hosts who welcomed us v warmly, were very responsive and made us feel completely at Home. We had a great stay and will not hesitate to return in the future

A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in a perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, good amenities that left nothing to be desired. Utterly surreal. Hermann Gerald's Air B & B was immaculate in all areas. Incredibly accommodating and hospitable, we felt right at home and we're welcomed with open arms. This stay was a true gem and my partner and I will forever think about our time spent here and definitely come back. It was paradise.
