Quietly located, bright garconniere with balcony

Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

A beautiful, very bright, friendly furnished 30 m² apartment with breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains awaits you. It is located in a quiet residential area adjacent to a pine forest. In this 2-room apartment, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, which invites you to relax. If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. City tax must be paid on site in cash: 3 euros / night / guest. Telfs with shopping center, restaurants, doctor's house and pharmacy. State capital Innsbruck with culture, gastronomy and shopping center. Wonderful scenery for hiking, biking and relaxing. Design apartment with fantastic views of Tyrol. A refuge, but accessible by car. The bridge between past and future, nestled in modern, stylish architecture. Directly connected to the cross-country ski trails and mountain bike trails in front of the house. A small wellness area: A sauna and infinity hot tub with valley view are provided. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the house! Our Tyrolean restaurant is next door.
