The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. You have a bedroom upstairs, 160 x 200 bed with reserved access to the bathroom. Veranda or kitchen to have your coffee, tea, etc. Private garden and parking, garage for motorcycle. The lavoir du prieuré

In the heart of the Sarthois perch at Sceaux sur Huisne, a town of water in Roman times, behind the church with its distinctive bell tower, is the wash-house of the "Priory Farm". This small building and its basin powered by a spring, are part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below is the remains of the Gallo-Roman baths. The room has been installed in an old washhouse dating from the 15th century, so it is a night "feet in the water" that we offer.

Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.
