The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a shed has been transformed into B&b of no less than 75 m2 with the look of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. kitchen with combi microwave/oven and a bathroom. The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transport, on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, work or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available to guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, a rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (Stabyhoun). 0verig: is on ground floor, free parking.

The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.
