Our house is in the Greek neighborhood, newly renovated without disturbing the texture. There are two rooms on the upper floor of our two-storey duplex house. Our 1st room consists of two rooms with an intermediate door, there is a double bed in the inner room and a sofa bed in the entrance room. Our 2nd room has a double bed. Our rooms are air-conditioned and have a toilet and bathroom inside. At the entrance, the kitchen is OPEN for use and we have a corner set that can be table and bed. The furniture and white goods of our house are new.

Pelazzi Farm House

Our house has a Tourism Housing Certificate approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Pelazzi Farm takes its name from Pelazziler (Pelags), the first people settled in Bozcaada. Opposite Pelazzi, which is 4 km from the center, is surrounded by the Pavli forest and surrounded by vineyards. Ayazma beach is 900 meters away. If you want to wake up in the morning with the sound of a thousand birds, taste the grapes in our vineyard and watch the moon rise by sipping a glass of Bozcaada wine,we would like to share these beauties with you.

Our stone house is double. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a cedar seating area. On the lower floor there is a seating area with 2 sofa beds, kitchen and 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. In addition, an additional fee and breakfast service is provided at the restaurant where the Starfish is agreed upon.

Our house is located on a quiet and calm street in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi. It consists of a loft with an entrance floor and a bedroom. The upper floor is designed as a bedroom. There is also a pair and single bed. All the details in our home are thought out for your own vacation in the center of Ada.

Downtown and transportation is quite easy.(5 minutes walk from the pier) There is a seating and lounging area on our terrace, you can enjoy the view (You can have breakfast or dinner on the terrace)
