Condo vacation rentals in Tequesquitengo

Everything is in order, attention and a very nice place🫶🏼. Just a few details that can do a plus. There are only 2 cups and we needed 3 They only left one toilet paper roll started. There is no water bottle to drink, even if it is empty we can go for some for our stay. There are not enough cleaning users for the apartment. There are no matches to turn on the boiler and the instructions to do so. There are instruments for empty condiments and it would be good at least to have sachets of salt or sugar as a courtesy. I believe in a matter of hospitality it is not necessary to polish these details. Thanks 🫶🏼

Good choice, Oscar a super host always willing to support. I forgot a product and he supported me with the return. The only thing to note is: 1. The Camas, sala and dining room are not very comfortable. 2. Uncover the showers because the Teques water is very salty and requires you to be taking care of those details. 3. Carrying basic things like salt, sugar, etc. because there isn't. 4. No cups for hot beverages. However, the above does not make it impossible for a good stay (maybe only the beds).

We visited Elias' place, my family and my furry family too. We were looking for a place near the lake to be able to visit it and spend the most time there. Excellent accommodation for this purpose. Close to a beach (Coqueta) perfect for going with pets and children. We loved the air conditioning in the bedrooms, the access to the pool and the Jacuzzi. Very nice to go for a walk with dogs even until you get to the lake access. Only detail, the space would be much better used without the sofa-bed

Everything was super good! We arrived fast and easy Mirna and Liz were always in touch with. The house was in order as shown in the images, the quiet condominium despite being very nice people vacation. There is super close and also six inside the condo which makes it easier to stay, the food outlets are also nearby and the food is rich. We will return soon Liz and Mirna thank you for everything.

Hector was very attentive in detail from the moment we arrived until we left. The place was very clean, very nice, and very safe. We will definitely return again.

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

An excellent place to rest, feel at home, everything clean and tidy, I found the necessary users for cooking, cold jars for drinks; on the roof there is everything to see the sunset that looks spectacular! next to a roast meat, listening to music, the jacuzzi is incredible ! Adonis is a great host,always in communication, I was resolved the subject of the pool that was under maintenance, was flexible on my way out to allow me to wait for the adjuster since I had a mishap with the car; the air in each room is excellent, the towels were enough, you do not need to carry anything ! I will definitely come back.

I liked it, I didn't enjoy it as much as I wanted xq my visit was because of work issues that they had me out of the place

In general everything is fine, only the guards every time I came in asked for identification and it was annoying, if they already knew that we were going to come in and out they would ask for it every time, everything else is excellent and very quiet to rest, a little far from the restaurants, close only to what the locals sold but rich

The place is very clean and cozy, it had all the amenities needed to enjoy our weekend trip. David was very attentive as was the care and maintenance people.

It was amazing, we felt better than at home, the place exceeded our expectations, very safe, clean, tidy and it fulfills what it offers and Luz is one of the best hosts that has attended to me; we were very happy and comfortable, I certainly highly recommend both the place and the host, thank you very much Luz, next time I will come to you...

Luis’s apartment was very comfortable and impecable clean. Access was easy and he kept contact with us when needed. Mattresses and sheets were amazing. The place is located inside a club so we were able to enjoy the pool and the restaurant (which by the way is really good, authentic and provides great customer service).

I really enjoyed the stay, Luis was a great host, they provide very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, very clean and nice. It's a great plus that you can go into the club to swim, play tennis or soccer, and the restaurant there has very good food.

Everything is fine with Jose , nice , attentive and flexible with the arrival time 👍🏼
