The penthouse suite is on the 2nd Floor of the house, so stairs are necessary to reach your private apartment.

Ninho dos Avós is a quiet retreat located in the beautiful rural parish of Santa Bárbara, which belongs to the municipality of Angra do Heroísmo. Here you can enjoy country life and its tranquility. You will have magnificent views of the green countryside with the sea in the background, and you can also see the neighboring islands of Pico and São Jorge. Ninho dos Avós, as the name suggests, was the house where our grandparents lived, here we have many good memories and where we were happy with them and did not know.

Casa das Doze Ribeiras is a fully restored traditional country house. It has an apartment with a large living room and a bedroom, and a studio downstairs in the old store. They may be rented separately or together. Leaves are common. It has a beautiful view of the sea, which on days of better visibility allows you to see the Islands of São Jorge and Pico in the distance. The house faces a stream, has total privacy and complete insertion in nature, with large trees and green fields.

You and your family can enjoy the meal on a quiet and private terrace with a view of the green meadows and the ocean. You can even see cows grazing in the neighboring green fields and sunset on the right sight of terrace. Entire area of terrace is 180m2. It is a border space to a Ribeira and inserted in the Regional Agricultural Reserve. With lots of privacy, where the birds the goats and the cows will be the most likely neighborhood. There is a vegetable garden, with free access to guests, which can be harvested from the leaves for tea, such as produce and fruit. It also has a regional wood oven, characteristic of the Azorean Houses, where you can make everything the Earth gives us.
