Super happy with our stay. Apartment was located in the heart of town with great views of the ice rink and supermarket and shops near by. Gaelle, our host, was superb. She dealt with any problems we had (including my car’s flat battery) in a fast and very competent manner. Lifts to the slopes all near by. Would definitely come again. 5 etoiles!!

I absolutely loved this place! The location was even better than described—truly unbeatable. Being able to ski right out of the apartment onto the lift and seamlessly ski back into the ski room made the experience effortless and unforgettable. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the comfort and luxury of the stay. Pascale was a wonderful and attentive host, ensuring everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Very comfortable and perfectly arranged apartment. The terrace is a more pleasant one. Julie is a remarkable host. With children, the shuttle, located across the street, is essential to getting to the snow front.

Everything was perfect: value for money, cleanliness of the apartment, Marjorie's responsiveness, ... I recommend it for a couple with 1 or 2 children for example.

Very nice apartment, clean, spacious, lots of storage. Pleasant pool. Ski-in/ski-out return and departure. Negative: No washing machine as advertised. Spacious terrace… in the shade. Given the difference in elevation, rather 10’ on very steep foot to reach the resort! Not suitable for young children. Concierge, from another time! - You have to pick up the keys at the agency - 0 flexibility for check-in time, agency open from 5pm to 7pm (fun to aim for a check-in time with traffic jams), - baby chair rental and baby bed for a fee... to be picked up at the agency (convenient when the car is full!) - clogged shower upon arrival. 2 days after reporting, we end up cleaning the disgusting amounts of hair ourselves in the pipes. Not a sorry, not a regret from the agency. - 3 towels upon arrival, there were 4 of us. The concierge puts extra towels at our disposal... at the agency! In short, the apartment, yes, the rest, no

Magical stay and very good communication with the owner.. We traveled with a 6-month-old baby and there was everything necessary for the baby.. thank you very much..

Great stay at Natacha's who was very responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is nice, well-equipped and well-insulated. The only downside for PRMs is that the adapted bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs: if your transfers are difficult, consider installing a bed downstairs. ;)

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely week-long stay. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is at a good location, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

We spent a weekend in a little paradise, the cottage as well as the amenities offered and the setting is just ideal for a wonderful time with family or friends! The hosts are responsive to all requests and friendly as well as Valery "the caretaker" who was delighted to find the chalet in good condition arrived! The chalet was everything we hoped for and more! It was spotless, the kitchen was incredibly well equipped, with everything you could need. Two dishwashers were a life saver! We had cars so we drove up to the slopes as the ski bus wasn’t very regular. Clement was a very responsive host and helpful and friendly. We loved spending time in the hot tub after a long day and the weather was so great that we were able to enjoy the deck area too. Perfect holiday!!

Very convenient and ideally located to visit Briancon on foot, by bicycle or by car. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The bedding and comfort of the house are very good. Recommended.

We had a great stay at this chalet. The ski resort as well as the city center, with its various shops and restaurants, can be reached in a few minutes by car. We were 9 and found the space perfectly suited for a large group: many bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living room spacious enough for everyone to enjoy it comfortably. Only small detail, we couldn't find a broom. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Very welcoming hosts, and we'll definitely be back next season.

The listing matches the photos perfectly. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and quality materials. The room distribution allows two couples to have a perfect separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location of the apartment is ideal in the building, at the height of the reception, but far enough from it to suffer no disturbance. Besides, the apartment is well soundproofed from its neighbors, we did not hear any noise. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and the internet connection (fiber) works really well. Finally, Jean-Yves' instructions and words of welcome as well as his great responsiveness were greatly appreciated.

Fabulous apartment in great, ski in ski out location. Really stylish and comfortable and with stunning views, also the spa and communal areas are top notch. Excellent ski hire and fresh bread available in the building so everything we needed! Stephane was a lovely host and really responsive and helpful. Would definitely like to return!

Elise's place was perfect, very suitable for all our needs, rather spacious for a ski accommodation, the value for money is worth it, all the necessary amenities are there, the apartment is located between the resort center and the feet of the slopes so it's perfect in every way. Ski rental at the foot of the apartment as well. Élise is very available for instructions and welcomed us very friendly. I have nothing else to say, do not hesitate to rent this property! See you soon!

Fantastic apartment in a great location in Arc 1950. The apartment is really close to the piste, and yet felt very private. The facilities in the building were great (we used the spa one morning, and it was lovely, with fantastic views). JJ was a truly excellent host, and communicated really well. Everything went smoothly. We are a family of 4, and it was spacious for us. The kitchen was just the right size, and the Carrefour in Arc 1950 is surprisingly well stocked. We had a really wonderful stay. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

The apartment is well located, clean and sensibly furnished. Unfortunately, there were twice issues with the wifi, which were also resolved after a message to Luc. Overall, communication with the concierge Katia and Luc worked excellently and we plan to come back next year.

Two of us stayed in the flat and it was perfect. Honestly I think 5 would be a squash but if you are on a budget, do-able. The accommodation is literally 2 mins to slope, has a terrace and Mountain View, near some nice bars/cafes. Nothing is far away and no buses or lots of walking in ski boots needed. It is a flat and we did pick up a curry smell from elsewhere in the building but that is the nature of living with others. We thought at first it was our mattresses and complained to the host. Within minutes, they contacted us snd changed all the bedding! First rate.

The apartment is as described. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The outside is also very nice. And the possibility of renting bikes is a very good idea. Metin is the perfect host, he is attentive and gives all the instructions to make the stay go smoothly. I recommend it and we'll be back with pleasure.
