The apartment is just how it appears in the listing. It was easy to find and Sergio’s son met me outside before explaining the necessary bits of the apartment. There is a lovely walk along the riverside at the end of the street, countryside on the edge of the town and it is also only 10 minutes walk to the centre

I recommend this place, it is well located and Simone will advise you if you need help. Right in the middle of the town centre, you'll easily find a good restaurant.

Nice and comfortable appt in the center of Terni. Lovely small balcony. Stefania is a great host, gives you lots of tips to see and to do. She does her very best to make your stay a success. Terni is a good location for daytrips such as Todi, Orvieto etc Recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The apartment is very clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities, making it extremely comfortable. As a foreigner in town for a business trip, I stayed here for an extended period, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. He responded quickly to any questions and offered support in many aspects of daily life. I truly appreciate his hospitality — it made me feel at home even while being far away. I highly recommend this place!
