Vacation rentals with beach access in Terre-de-Haut

The place had a great view, all the necessities (kitchen, fridge, freezer, AC, good wifi, patio to sit outside, indoor gated parking). There is also a water tank if there is a cut in water. Contactless check in and host was very responsive on whats app. Location was just in front of casino gosier, within 15 min walk to everything including park, beach, groceries, restaurant. The appartment looks like the picture well renovated for guadeloupe. I would book again. Great stay

The apartment was in a great location for visiting Guadeloupe. It is located at ground level. It was very clean and matches the photos . The host was very friendly you can communicate with her easily . The only small thing that would need to be improved is the exterior condition of the building, the building is aging and would need maintenance.

March 2025 Christelle's apartment was an important part of the pleasure we had in visiting Guadeloupe. It was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The views of the sea and the mountains were breathtaking. Christelle was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone, without hesitation.

Residence where vacationers and locals meet, which gives a nice atmosphere, both quiet and lively. The studio is cozy and functional. The view from the pool over the islet of the Gosier is superb. Great value for money. 👍🏻

It is thanks to Aurélie that we discovered part of Guadeloupe. The apartment was impeccable. Aurélie always responded well to our requests. She was very open to our proposals. She's a true professional. Aurélie and her husband Frédéric are endearing and very friendly people. We had beautiful sea views. The place is really peaceful. We met some nice people. In addition to the accommodation that met our expectations and the description of the listing, we also extremely appreciated the kindness and the relationship made easy by Jean Charles, both before arrival and during our stay. He knows how to be attentive to our needs while being non-intrusive. Despite the fact that our stay was quite short, he was able to create this friendly relationship by advising us, offering us visits, telling us the story of Guadeloupe and his own story, inviting us to his home for an aperitif and small touches. A real human discovery. In terms of accommodation, air-conditioned, ideally located, easy to park and visit the island, we particularly appreciated its electrical autonomy during the general power outage on the island. We recommend it and will not hesitate to return during another stay.

The big highlight of the listing is its location. Close to Malendure beach, shops ...no need to take the car ( because parking during the day to access it seems quite epic! ) in the heart of local life. Welcoming host. Very simple, clean accommodation... efficient!perfect for visiting lowland. We leave with regret...

A real crush on Chris and Jacky's house! We enjoyed the huge terrace with the amazing view day and night. The house is really very pleasant and Jacky received us with great attention and small tips that even allowed us to swim next to the turtles ... When we arrived , small local surprises were waiting for us, we enjoyed ourselves! Only regret , having to leave this magical place...

Friendly and super helpful hosts. A house with a view that will live with us forever. Walking distance to town, restaurants and beaches it was a perfect location., just up the hill, catching the breeze. Two modern bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a very well equipped kitchen. Loved the swimming pool, no shallow end, ideal for adults. The laundry room was really useful. But above all… that view … spectacular. Particular thanks to Maguy who helped us in every way. 🙏

Ideally located and secure accommodation. the apartment is very functional. Joelle has thought of everything. She is also very receptive and attentive to the slightest question by remaining very discreet. We are very satisfied and thank her.

Very convenient apartment to visit the island because it is central. The nearby beach and restaurants are a very big plus. The cocktail bar is great. Small downside to park the car is a bit "galley" but when you walk you can always find it. Monique welcomed us with a big smile and restaurant ideas that delighted us. However, pay attention to the stairs of the common areas to access it which is in the dark and the stairs to access the floor, bedroom, toilet, bathroom. it can be a difficulty for suitcases or people with limited mobility. We had a pleasant stay at Emilie's place which is always very responsive to our questions. The pool is nice but unfortunately missing a few sunbeds to enjoy it more.
