Villa vacation rentals in Tertenia

In a word: perfect!! Giuseppe is the ideal host: responds directly to questions, is proactive, super friendly and extremely hospitable. He grew up in the villa himself and you feel the love for this place everywhere. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived, and completely complete. The beds and furniture are extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms have all the comforts. The garden is a paradise: much larger and more beautiful than in the photos. With the nice private swimming pool, large (football) field, foosball, swings and slide, an absolute dream place for our three sons (from 12, 5 and 3 years). There are multiple lounge sets outside, and a lovely veranda with large dining table. Absolutely the best AirBnb we have ever stayed in! We will definitely come back.

Marta is very hospitable, and the house is very convenient for its proximity to the sea, services and suitable for family stays. I mention in particular the outdoor shower with drain and direct access to the bathroom, very convenient!

This villa offers a very special vacation experience, and we (two families) spent a wonderful week here in October. The Villa has a spectacular setting on a hillside with an expansive view of the ocean and surrounding area. All aspects of this Villa are maintained in pristine condition - the interior spaces, furniture, pool, and the spectacular garden landscaping surrounding the home. Tatiana is a very responsive and friendly host, and offers great recommendations and booking support. Car rental is essential for the Villa. There is a beautiful beach walking distance away, but most sites, restaurants and shopping require a car.

Apartment is exactly like in the photos, and equipped with everything you need. Ivo is very responsive and friendly.

Perfect, fully equipted, clean house. Small beach and see in 300 metres. It's good to have a car to reach some beautiful destinations in neighbourhood (Cagliari, Carbonara peninsula). Host is communicative

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

These days when Airbnb has become so over-commercialized and finding something that feels genuine is very hard, Julie's place stands out as a real gem. Finalized in 2024, the house is spacious, modern and high-standard, and executed with attention to style, design and detail but also practicality. Julie is one of very few hosts that actually took the time to live in the house herself a few weeks before opening it for bookings, to ensure practicality. The location is remote and secluded, which is what we wanted. Access road is quite rough, something to be aware of if you have a low-clearance vehicle. Swimming pool was not finalized for 2024 due to water shortages in the area, which we thought was a responsible decision by the owners, though it would have been nice to have it. As for the host, Julie is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve met. Responsive, accommodating, generous, helpful and very pleasant, she helped us with lots of arrangements and bookings during our stay.

This was an excellent choice; such a beautifully located and elegant home. The whole villa is comfortable and had ample space, good bathrooms, and the outdoor space was beautiful. It really had everything we needed. The photos do not do it justice, as it's impeccably designed and fitted out. The host was extremely helpful, flexible, and kind, both before and throughout. We stayed at Tomaso's place in September. The house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and well-equipped. Two parking spaces for cars in front of the house. Two grills in the garden and... a pizza wood stove. Tomaso greeted us with wine, fruit and produce for dinner after the trip and was at our every request and request. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away. The road leads through a grove to the main road (probably a county) road that was not very busy in September, except for the weekend. Tomaso provided us with beach towels and umbrellas. In a word, Tomaso's house in the Capitana a dozen kilometers east of Cagliari is a very good choice for a family vacation, and Tomaso is the good spirit of Sardinia. Krzysztof and Maria with family

Everything was far above my expectations. Simone is such a helpful person, we had a great time two days there. place is so beautiful, Stefania is great person, she made us at ourselves at home. Location is really good, their breakfast was fantastic. Simone's surprise was so good. she left for me two bottles of Prosecco and lovely birthday card:)

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

A great stay, in a very pleasant villa and suitable for 2 families with 2 children. Clean, soothing villa, simple but efficient decoration, very nice exterior and small terrace on the first floor. Lots of comfort for the stay, very simple and very provided to start the vacation without stress. Communication was easy and responsive. Small downside for the pool compared to the time of our stay (early April). A little heated water would have been the BEST to enjoy more. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's place, he's a very responsive host, always available to help and very respectful of our privacy. The apartment was perfect for my partner and our 3 year old. Stunning location with everything you need provided. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are lovely and roomy, very cool and quiet. It is completely and utterly peaceful. We also got a lot of visitors from the nearby cats and dogs! Would 100% recommend 👌

Beautiful house with pool . Everything very clean and well maintained . Matteo received us personally very kindly . He had many tips tied up in a folder. Matteo was always reachable . The beach is 10 minutes away from the property . Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance . We did many excursions by car - fantastic . We can only recommend this house. We had a very nice week here. The accommodation is wonderfully quiet on the outskirts with great views of the mountains. The sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The house had everything you need on vacation. Gian Luca greeted us very warmly personally despite our delay on our arrival on a holiday and was also quickly available for questions during the other days. We felt comfortable and are happy to recommend this place. Thank you for the hospitality and uncomplicated checkout!

The villa is very spacious, has rooms that are not connected by walls, so we did not hear each other. The house is well equipped and clean. My family consisted of 10 people, including 3 children, who had plenty of places to play and toys. I also highly recommend the owner Elvira, whom we liked from the first day of contact. Very helpful and nice. She already had leaflets with attractions, restaurants and car rentals prepared. I hope we will come back there 🤍
