The house is fully equipped, has a bathroom with shower, and is located in a quiet rural area, close to the Bayonne-Mont de Marsan expressway. The bedroom in the apartment has a large new bed, a dresser and a bedside table (if needed). The owner's pool can be used when he is away and is shared with the roommates in the neighboring house.
