Bay water at end of lane, ocean beach just over the Ponquogue bridge. Large backyard for games & BBQ grilling. Enclosed patio for morning coffee & evening dinners. The house is best suited for families & friends needing space & looking for simple, low key relaxation. Stroll to the owner’s dock on Big Fresh Pond, for paddle boarding, kayaking and sunsets. You can also drive 8 minutes to Southampton Village for shopping, restaurants, art galleries and Ocean Beaches.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish beach cottage in Sag Harbor. It is the perfect spot for a single or couple to enjoy the Hamptons beachy lifestyle. Fully appointed for your stay, just bring your bathing suit. Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, BBQ and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in August/September/October stays). Firepit area is shared with Bouy Cottage.

Directly on the water! Garden access to beach stairs for paddles or sunbathing. Large sandy beach at end of charming country road. Positioned perfectly between Sag Harbor and Southampton. Designer home complete with glass sliders to private balcony and waterside decks. Fully equipped waterfront country kitchen. Bonus boathouse w life jackets, oars. Two single kayaks and one double by water stairs. . BBQ, teak table, AC, ceiling fans.

The Hilltop Harborview

Guests will immediately walk past spacious hot tub into a comfortable sunroom where you’ll watch the most colorful, water view sunsets Long Island has to offer! This one of a kind offers a sprawling layout that has 3 queen size bedrooms and 1 king . We can also provide an air mattress for an additional guest. There is a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer! This beautiful walking Village has so much to offer!

There's a Beach Getaway!

Welcome to our Shelter Island oasis just two blocks from beautiful beaches! Our house offers an open space living area, an expansive yard, fire pits, and a basement with a playroom and workout area. Enjoy our quiet neighborhood. We provide kid-friendly toys, beach gear, bicycles, and more. Sleeps six, with additional options available for larger parties. Cleaning fees for winter stays,November through March are 0$.

Waterfront House on Fort Pond, MTK

Spacious house right on Fort Pond with relaxed bohemian vibe. Enjoy the open kitchen, reclaimed wood beams, and hand crafted furniture. Access directly to the water from the back yard. There are two other cottages that are two bedrooms each on property as well. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.

The “Birdy” Guest house

Take it easy at this peaceful guesthouse near Westhampton Beach village, Country Club, wine country (North folk), Moriches Bay and Westhampton Beaches. An amazing location for birding and kayaking. Ideal place for a couple looking to escape the city, attend a wedding, or explore wine country for a weekend to get some fresh air and experience nature.
