Monthly Rentals in The Lanes, Brighton

I really loved the appartment we booked. All very modern, clean, nice kitchen, all amenities you need. Really enjoyed the stay and it definitely worth the money. People here in comments were complaining about the deposit, this is working like a hotel, so you just need to know in advance, that they will take deposit- 100£ was for me, I saw for bigger appartments can be 250£. But I didn’t see a problem with that at all. Very good location as well. Plenty of things to do.

James was amazing with his understanding and adjustability to meet my needs whilst I was on the working trip to Brighton and had to host a few meetings in the apartment. I was so delighted to arrive at the place and see that the photos reflect the actual size of the property and all the interior is top notch, as shown too. The great aroma adds to the vibe, the attention to detail is immaculate and it was really easy to enjoy the atmosphere throughout my stay. Perfect for romantic evenings as well ;)

second stay at maxines. Such a great location for exploring the north lanes. and a short walk to the pier. So many great restaurants near by. Maxine is great, very welcoming and even left my partner a birthday cake and birthday banner 😀 we will be back !

I have to say that the place exceeded expectations. The photos were great but didn’t do it enough justice. Geoff was really helpful before and during the stay. A friend stopped by on our way out one evening and was gutted they hadn’t chosen it first! Can’t wait to go again.
