Nat and his team were extremely helpful and nice. The instructions were clear. Great value for money, all things considered (sharing bathrooms was much less of a problem than what I first thought, because you have many of them available). Sam, the building superintendent, was always kind and available. The neighborhood is pretty expensive, but you are in walking distance from great places.

The apartment is conveniently located at 51st Street on 7th Avenue.Whether it's going to Times Square, Macy's, Central Park, New York Public Library, Central Station, Penn Station, St Patrick's Cathedral, and plenty of museums and churches, extravagant five avenue strolls, all within walking distance.The Metropolitan Museum is also close by.Next to the building is the subway station, all the subway and train stations are very close and can take you anywhere to go.Downstairs is full of food, American, Korean, Chinese, full of all kinds of sweets and ice.It can be extremely satisfying for your spirit and taste buds.The room is clean and tidy, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc., the host is conscientious, responsive, timely, special harmony of our communication, the building is equipped with 24 small security and reception, safe and reliable, no matter how late they come back, they will be here waiting and accompanying you.All of this has made my trip especially enjoyable and wonderful enjoyment.I would come back again and would recommend it to my friends because of everything: the owner, the management of the building, the receptionist, the security guards, the property, the cleaning staff were extraordinarily friendly and we all deserve to have.Thank you to my dear host for providing me with such great living conditions and making me have a particularly pleasant stay.Thank you. Stayed here for a month. Had everything I was looking for. Location in midtown is perfect. We walked to Richard Rodgers Theatre (Hamilton). Great restaurants/delis. As far as the apartment. Doormen were friendly and helpful. Safe area. The shower is amazing. Bed very comfortable and the sectional sofa was perfect for me to work on my laptop during the day. Chia would text periodically to see if there was anything I needed. A really great stay. I’ll stay here again.

This apartment is perfect for a long stay—it has everything you need for day-to-day living. We only had to buy our regular groceries, and that was it! We arrived with six bags, and everything fit perfectly in the walk-in closet. The apartment is spacious and gets indirect sunlight throughout the day. The neighborhood is safe, with gyms, bars, diners, Target, pharmacies, and nail salons all within walking distance. Communication with Shai was excellent—he always responded quickly to our questions. Overall, we had a great experience during our 33-day stay. Highly recommend!
