Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

This peaceful home in a green setting offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located less than an hour from the Dordogne and the most beautiful tourist sites of the Lot. The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a plot of more than 3000 m2, partially fenced. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private path (so no cars pass by at all) There is a 30 m2 closed kennel.

Welcome to Domaine Le Martinet, a small-scale holiday paradise for adults only, consisting of 3 detached gîtes for up to 2 people each and a nice large swimming pool with sun terrace. Green hills and valleys, as far as the eye can see. Our domain, where we live ourselves, is nice and quiet on a dead end road but is close to all necessary shops, fine restaurants and tourist attractions. Secluded, in the countryside but not isolated.

Our 3-star cottage has Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning throughout the property. The beds will be made for your arrival. We welcome one pet per stay. We clean at the end of the stay free of charge
