Monthly Rentals in Theodore Roosevelt Island

Well located apartment with a private balcony and views over the Potomac and Georgetown. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms and the lounge and kitchen areas. The private balcony was great for mornings and evenings for sitting outside. The bathroom had a good amount of space for toiletries (two shelves) and had good water pressure and temperature. The shower was slow to drain, so be careful not to be too long. Great location for walking up the Potomac, visiting Arlington Cemetery and Georgetown, and for getting into the centre of town (via Rosslyn metro station). I was out a lot, but on one day an upstairs neighbour sounded like they were doing an exercise session. Obviously not Claire's fault, just a note that despite being in generally very quiet and peaceful surroundings, sometimes neighbours aren't so considerate. Would be nice to have a little tea or coffee on arrival, but the cupboards were full of cooking equipment and crockery. Would be happy to stay again!

The team was very good with instructions and communication on how to work the keypad locks and other helpful advice about the neighborhood. The place was perfect for the two of us with convenient access to the Georgetown University area.

Prime location for exploring both Arlington and D.C.! The apartment was clean, and had all the essentials needed for a short stay. Check-in instructions were clear and the host was very responsive to all inquiries.
