Our favorite. Best food and the restaurant is in a historic railroad car! Great bar, fireplace, and cozy. Super romantic for couples!

Located just 12 miles south on I-5 in the quaint railroad town of Dunsmuir. Try the prime rib or the rib eye! A local favorite restaurant for over 50 years!!! (Your host used to bartend & manage there!) Seriously do not miss stopping for a visit to Railroad Park Resort!

North of town near Dunsmuir, this is a fun place to get dinner inside an antique train and learn about steam engines.

This is a great place to visit and dine if you have small to early-adolescent age kids, as they have so many rail cars/cabooses used as motel rooms, and a locomotive engine as their restaurant. The dinner car is big and an experience for all. Food is standard American fare, and has so-so reviews, but we've always enjoyed it, but moreover, we enjoyed the kid's wonderment about it all. Gorgeous views of the Crags at this place-- they loom over you!
