Monthly Rentals in Thonotosassa

We arrived at night days late due to flight cancellations from home weather. Ashley and Josh were very understanding and welcoming. They were responsive and kind throughout our stay. Their daughter showed our kids around the property and shared her toys, making everyone feel welcome. The back house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The area is beautiful and we felt very safe with our small children. We enjoyed walks to feed the cows, playing with the dogs, finding frogs, watching lizard play, listening to birds, dipping out feet in the pool, and collecting eggs from the chickens. The location was convenient for getting to many locations in and around Tampa.

Great stay! We came in for Sun N Fun, and it was a wonderful location to return to after the hot days at the event. Comfortable bed and bedding. Ice cold AC, and hot water in the shower, made our stay a welcome retreat from the event. Planning on returning next year, with a bit more free time, hoping to explore the neighborhood and ranch next door. Wonderful hostess!!

The Cozy Cabin describes this home to a T. It's a very comfortable and lovely home. Valisia was also great, very informative and answered everyone of my messages withing seconds. I would definitely recommend The Cozy Cabin to anyone.

This was not only an incredible house, but Kyle was also an amazing host. He was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about our stay. We can’t stop raving about how lovely this place was—gorgeous views, cozy cabin vibes, peaceful, and private. We’d definitely come back.
