At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large downstairs living space with living room, kitchen and dining area and an office area with pull-out bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with pool and pond complete this place. A harbor of peace, quiet and green. 15min. from Sancerre and two hours from Paris
