"Wonderful Stay at The Nest - Must Visit Property" We had a fantastic stay at Suneesh's place in Kovalam! The property is absolutely stunning and it looks exactly as pictured. As a family of four, we were initially a bit hesitant since it was a new property without many reviews, but upon speaking with Suneesh we were assured and he helped throughout the booking process. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Lata Aunty (Suneesh's mother). She welcomed us with refreshing homemade lemonade and delicious pastries. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kovalam. Absolutely loved my stay at The Sapphire Suite in Trivandrum! Located in the heart of the city at Palayam, this luxurious 1BHK apartment exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect—right in the middle of everything, from cafes and markets to cultural spots and historic landmarks. The apartment itself is stunning. Decorated in calming tones of white and blue with gold accents, it has the feel of a stylish hotel with the warmth of a home. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—from the plush furniture to the fully equipped kitchen. The amenities were a huge bonus: a serene swimming pool for relaxing evenings and a well-maintained gym to keep up with workouts. What truly made my experience exceptional was the host—genuine, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Always available and truly went out of his way to ensure I had a seamless and memorable stay. If you’re visiting Trivandrum, The Sapphire Suite isn’t just a place to stay—it’s part of the experience. Highly, highly recommended

It is a spacious house with well appointed facilities. At the tail end of our road trip, the large space and individual attached clean bathrooms were much appreciated. Kitchen had a lot of amenities and supplies that was a pleasant surprise. Shanmugasundaram shared good local recommendations and was extremely responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. It is close to all major sights (car) but in a residential area so we can enjoy the peace and quiet after a long tiring day. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor which is helpful if your traveling with elders.

Excellent value for money for what you get. The villa is super spacious and has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. All four bedrooms have large and comfortable beds, each having its own bathroom and AC. The shared space is extremely generous in space also, so you will never feel cramped. The view from the balconies and pool area is priceless. It was amazing to open my balcony in the morning to see the sea/lighthouse. The pool was very clean due to a cleaner coming daily to clean it. There was an added bonus of a fan in the porch to cool you down (we really appreciated that). The walk down to the beach is 10 minutes and their are readily available rikshaws to return via vehicle if you don't want to walk up the hill. Sreenath was faultless in his communication before, during and after our stay. I never got to meet him in person, but via a phone call and messages he was an extremely helpful and empathetic host. I will definitely return soon. Thank you Sreenath.

This trip with my friends became more memorable because of the host’s humility and kindness. He himself took initiative and suggested lot of local places to visit. The statutory placement of the building was just right. The rooms were well ventilated and we definitely did not require ac even on the hot sunny day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment. Thank you, and I full heartedly recommend it to others.

Had to cancel the stay last minute due to a family emergency but Amutha was a understanding host who did not whinge and wished us well.
