Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Le gîte est une ancienne étable du 19ème siècle aménagée pour le calme, la convivialité, le contact avec la nature et le confort. Cette maison de vacances est prévue pour 4 à 5 personnes avec terrasse en pavé, jardin, meubles de jardin et parking privatif, ainsi qu'un abri couvert pour poussettes et vélos. Bien qu'amis des ANIMAUX, nous ne les autorisons PAS à l'intérieur du gîte. Nous souhaitons également que ce gîte reste un espace NON-FUMEUR.

In the quiet of the Theodosian countryside, in a bucolic setting, my house will allow you to recharge your batteries. You can also walk to the ponds of Saint-Denis. By car, you will be 15 minutes from Mons, 8 minutes from Soignies. Pairi Daiza is only 20 minutes away. The central canal and its historic elevators are a 15-minute drive away. When the weather permits, you can enjoy the different terraces and the pergola.

In a beautiful region combining calm and joie de vivre (many hikes, visits, local festivities, etc.) come and enjoy with family or friends this fabulous new loft, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Charleroi city center is an 8-minute drive. Parking 🅿️ is available. There are 4 adult beds + a baby crib and childcare equipment. Your pets are welcome (upon prior request with acceptance and €10/pet/stay supplement)
