Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

Ideally located on the Mulderadweg, near the Leipzig Neuseen landscape, Leipzig City 35 km, Karls Erdbeerhof (Döbeln A14) 35 km, the state capital Dresden 83 km, Colditz Castle 18 km, A14 ramp 6 km. With bike shelter, e-bike charging stations and private parking space - perfect for cyclists, nature lovers and explorers!

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft hat eine kleine Küche mit 2 Kochfeldern, Backofen mit integrierter Mikrowelle und Spüle. Großes Tageslichtbad mit begehbarer Dusche, WC und Waschtisch. Ein Zimmer mit großem Doppelbett, elektrischen Relaxsessel, TV mit Internetanschluss. Bei Bedarf und einen kleinen Obolus kann die Waschmaschine im HWR mit genutzt werden. Kostenlose Parkplätze, soweit verfügbar direkt vor dem Haus.

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
