Pool villa at Green Valley, 4BRs

MartinRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Beautiful house, in a splendid area. Immensely quiet. About 25-30 minutes from the center of town (by scooter). Hosts who are generous and very responsive in our communications. The only downside in my opinion: the pool and hot tub would benefit from being heated (maybe it's not common in Thailand). But otherwise, really, a splendid 4 bedroom property, well divided, to recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place.

If you are looking to escape Chiang Mai for a bit, this is a great option in Mae Rim. You must rent a car or scooter to appreciate the area. Host helped me out with a scooter rental. House stays nice and cool throughout the day.

The Lychee Orchard - Jakkaphanpong

An amazing stay in the mountains! Pee (respectful term for older adult) Juad did an amazing job of hosting us and giving us suggestions on what to do. The uniquely cooked breakfasts every morning were delicious and enough to carry us over for lunch! The rooms were spacious and perfect temperatures. A beautiful new coffee shop opened up a quick ten minute walk from the home, but otherwise no food options close for lunch and dinner, packing in some sort of food would be wise (but Juad will take care of you as well). Some ear plugs could help with the chicken noises around the house if you sleep in. A tremendous stay, as good if not better than advertised, and a great nature retreat!

Private suite

Rob and Fern's house is your home away from home in Chiang Rai. It was so nice of Rob to contact us before our arrival to ask about our breakfast preferences and whether we require help with transportation or information about the area. Rob and Fern welcomed us on arrival and gave us a little tour around the property, and gifted us some local delicacies and fruits. Every morning Fern provided us with breakfast accompanied with amazing local coffee and a lovely chat. Thank you guys for having us and making our stay in Chiang Rai so memorable.

A quiet and comfortable vacation

JeffRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Steven's place was brand new and spotless, all the appliances were brand new and everything you need to make you feel right at home during your vacation stay. Definitely I will stay there again and highly recommend anyone to stay. it's about a 20 mins drive into town, needless to say having your own transport would definitely be an advantage. Thanks again Steven for hosting us, see you again soon.
