My beautiful and spacious 4.5 rooms | 130 m² apartment is centrally located and only 100 meters from Winterthur train station - but you can't hear it. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful house from 1896. There is an elevator. It is equipped with a home cinema incl. PS5, all kinds of musical instruments, underfloor heating and a spacious kitchen as well as a large dining area. There are 2 bathrooms. On the balcony, I created a cozy place to feel completely comfortable.

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

Enjoy Winterthur at this great place with a feeling of home. You can stay in your 40 sqm room and watch TV on my projector like a cinema! Or hang out in the Living Room where others from the community might hang out too, play the piano or chill in the garden or even use the sauna! The bus station is four minutes away. Groceries only 5 mins. Depending on the season, you can get lucky by trying some fruits and vegetables that we are growing for fun.

Great place, cozy surroundings, great location. The house is in a small typical Swiss village, surrounding forests, farms and wonderful walking opportunities. The extension of the house is still originally left with lots of charm and great spaces. On two sides are large gardens with lots of meadow and colorful plants. The garden invites you to grill on warm summer evenings.

There is a large double bed, a desk, a closet and a TV. The house is located in a quiet and green environment. You can relax and unwind here.
