The property is 45 meters on the Sarmiento river, there are two decks on the river and a private dock for the occupants of the property to go up and down

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Very close to the City of Bs As. near the historic hull of San Isidro, surrounded by a lot of nature. This is a wooden neighborhood of island houses. We have a common solarium with games for children and descent to Rio de la Plata. We are 200mts from the "Las Barrancas" parking lot from the coast train. There are restaurants and grills just a short distance away. There are also supermarkets as well. Any questions will be very welcome!
