Across from beach , nice room in executive home

Very secure home in safe area on main beach strip, ocean view, across from beach direct access to water no cliffs, walk to restaurants, bars, cafes. Home alarm system and video cameras for safety, 500 MBPS WiFi, 58inch smart 4K tv with Netflix, YouTube etc. organic cotton sheets, alkaline water. Border, and Rosarito beach are all 15-20 minutes away. Has back up water supply and also has back up generator, we just added a kitten to the house , she has access to common areas but not the rooms

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. With panoramic view of the dam, closed and quiet fractionation with private access to the dam and Parque Esperanto (in front of the dam). if you like to bike, walk , fish, contact with nature is an ideal place, natural light, walking circuit, grills,etc. We have roofed, closed and electric parking. The room has a private bathroom and common areas are shared.
