Our home is located on the north end of Rosarito, in the private, gated community of Baja del Mar. It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. Great for all seasons. Inside; Pool table, smart tv, board games, full kitchen, big couches. Comfy beds. Outside; garden, jacuzzi , BBQ (coal)outdoor dining table. Upstairs deck; amazing ocean view sun bathing, palapa bar, fireplace. There's really no reason to leave but if you must. We are about 5 miles South of Playas de Tijuana and 5 miles from the heart of Rosarito. 5 minute walk to beach across the toll road. 45 minutes from the Valle de Guadeloupe Our house is great for large groups.

My Home is very near the main attraction of the downtown Playas de Rosarito. Restaurants, Night life, and the beaches, all within a 2 minute drive. Newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. Large 5 Bedroom home with spacious living room, fireplace, separate dining room, 2nd floor living area. Outside private barbecue area. Large wide street with gated parking for four cars. Great for large groups from 9-15 people.

On two levels with very large spaces, the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, parking for 2 cars. The master bedroom has a terrace with ocean views.
