It is a perfect spot to unwind combining beautiful countryside with sea air and amazing views from the private garden and terrace of the English Channel. Birch Cottage in the grounds of the main house once owned by the comedian & author Spike Milligan. Newly renovated to a high modern standard, with a brand new kitchen & two new bathrooms.

1300 sq. ft of spacious, modern accommodation situated half an hour from J 10 on the M20, and half-way between Tenterden and Rye. It's a short drive to the great Camber Sands Beach. 40 minutes or so from the Eurotunnel - we have often gone to Paris for lunch!! Lots to do in the area - Kentish vineyards, National Trust and English Heritage properties, a real steam railway a few miles away, a leisure centre, beauty spas, local museum, McArthur Glen Outlet in Ashford and lots more.
