The separate bungalow is located on our garden property with private access and of course self-sufficient. 2 spacious rooms with kitchen, shower room, dressing room and large terrace are waiting for you!

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments with direct sea views. The duplex apartment has a loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a king-size bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, another bedroom and a terrace to the sea side.

Quietly located in a good neighborhood and only 6 minutes walk (about 500 meters as the crow flies) to the sea. Directly at the house there is a private parking space to the apartment. The Kastanienallee bus stop with lines 40, 500 & 501 is a 4-minute walk.

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
