We loved our stay. So close to the beach and shops, yet quiet as well. Both of our children felt right at home and it was easy to get settled in. This isn’t a something that happens regularly given their needs. Would highly recommend a stay. Wonderful holiday.

Great location and views. Short walk to dog friendly beach. Lots and lots of space, well furnished and appointed house, modernised bathrooms. Great place for family holiday with a dog.

Fantastic place for us and our furry friend! Great location within walking distance to the beach and local cafes! The space was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Location is peaceful and quiet, while also being a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of Noosa.

We LOVED our stay at Tinkas! Honestly, it was without a doubt one of the best places we’ve stayed globally… pics do not do this place justice. Perfect for our family of four, plenty of room, super clean and tidy, great pool area, and super comfy beds. Was a great location too, only a few minutes walk to the beach and 5 mins drive to the main village (which is super cute!). Thanks Tinka and Svend for a wonderful holiday, we will def be back!

A family gem! We absolutely loved our stay here over the Christmas and new year period. The unit itself is so lovely and homey. The furnishings were comfortable and the deck view of the river made bbq nights so lovely. Our 3 year old absolutely loved the easy access to the river which made the days so easy and relaxed. The walk was so close to Hastings which was an added bonus. Very clean, and easy access to the property. Consistent communication also with Niche especially over the holiday period was a big plus also :) Cannot wait to book this beautiful home again for our family getaway.

Stunning place, very stylish and practical. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi! Walkable distance to hasting streets. Ereca is a lovely host! Very responsive and helpful. Her local recommendations were amazingCouldn’t ask for more. We will be back for sure.

Cate’s beach house was exactly what we were looking for in our holiday, very private and peaceful with direct access to the beach and dog friendly. The house has everything you need, plenty of beds and all the kitchen appliances and bbq etc. It’s a great part of the world. We are very much looking forward to our next stay.

A fabulous place with a sea view and a lovely balcony/reading bench to view it from. ❤️❤️ Kitchen well provisioned with crockery, cutlery and even a hand mixer. 👍👍 Sumptuous bed and lovely bedding. A really nice place.

We had a great stay at Melanie’s place in Sunshine Beach! The place was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing ocean view that made every morning feel special. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway and highly recommend!

We as a family of 8 really loved the place. The place was clean and had all the facilities. Everybody enjoyed the pool, slide and the trampoline. The host was very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here for a family vacation as the 6 bedrooms meant everybody had their own private space. The weather was just perfect and we enjoyed great dining around Noosa Heads area.

A wonderful holiday home. Just steps from the beach path, comfortable (some of the furniture is old but still perfectly workable), well stocked and big enough for two families. Excellent value for money considering what else was available for our dates.

Excellent location. Easy walk with a pram into Coolum. Love the view from the balcony & breeze at night. Good for kids as had a back enclosed courtyard & grass area and pool was private and clean. Loved the personal touches of milk and cereal & other bits. Thanks guys!

This location and, in particular, the proximity to an uncrowded but surf life safer patrolled section of the beach was fantastic. Well-appointed and largish bedrooms with a massive and very comfortable communal area. The only downside and it's not a biggy for us was that the beds are a little on the soft side, particularly for those used to or who prefer a medium to firm bed. Made to feel welcome from the get- go! Met at the house by hosts to show us all the tricks and special features of the home. It was heaven. A luxury stay with views of the changing sea all day from the living area. From bed we listened to the ocean as it lulled us to sleep. We took the five minute walk to beach along a maintained track, it was beautiful to be so close to the beach. Walking North along Plover Street, it was just five minutes to coffees, breakfast, Restaurants, and the supermarket was across the street. A perfect stay in a private, secluded, beautifully decorated and clean home.

This was a really nice beach getaway for us with our fur baby! Felt like it was our very own beach shack, and you pay for that experience as well as having private, direct access to the beach. Great outside shower keeps everyone and everything tidy-- no dragging sand around. Beautiful space to be inspired. Peregian community is so welcoming and we felt like locals! Only suggestion-- it would be nice to have flyscreens on the bedroom windows so you can sleep to the sound of surf without the biting bugs coming in, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Steph for letting our family stay at your beautiful Sunshine Beach home! We had an incredible time relaxing at the beach a quick walk from the house, hiking the Noosa park and eating at some amazing restaurants in Noosa Head. Truly one of the greatest places on earth!
